We are a diverse group of adults joined by our common passion for music, blues in particular. We are generally intermediate to advanced musicians (gutiarists, bass players, singers, harp players, etc.) looking for more opportunities to create music with others, improve our playing, make friends and have fun. Get together with other like-minded musicians, any level. Meet and perform together on all types of acoustic music; roots, traditional, folk, bluegrass, old-timey, Americana, whatever songs the group brings for the night. Mostly, its to have fun and play in a relaxed atmosphere.

We plan and host live music events, jam sessions, house concerts and webcasts in and around Westchester County,NY. Our goal is to create a 'new music' scene here in the northern suburbs of NYC. We hope to attract musicians and music lovers of all styles and genres to participate and add the mix.

A place where private music teachers can exchange ideas, network, announce teaching positions that become available, talk about the industry, help and learn new teaching techniques, talk about what works and what doesn't, how to find students and any other topic you may suggest. All private music teachers are welcome to join.
