Looking for other guitarists to jam on anything Dead. Love the old -timey acoustic stuff of Garcia and Grisman, but open to play any Dead tunes. This is a group of musicians, singers, songwriters that get together in a variety of settings to jam acoustic, electric, write music, exchange ideas, learn from one another and just have fun. All levels welcome.

Get together with other like-minded musicians, any level. Meet and perform together on all types of acoustic music; roots, traditional, folk, bluegrass, old-timey, Americana, whatever songs the group brings for the night. Mostly, its to have fun and play in a relaxed atmosphere.

A place where private music teachers can exchange ideas, network, announce teaching positions that become available, talk about the industry, help and learn new teaching techniques, talk about what works and what doesn't, how to find students and any other topic you may suggest. All private music teachers are welcome to join.      

We plan and host live music events, jam sessions, house concerts and webcasts in and around Westchester County,NY. Our goal is to create a 'new music' scene here in the northern suburbs of NYC. We hope to attract musicians and music lovers of all styles and genres to participate and add the mix.
