TO OLD MEMBERS:

We have delayed this meet by one week as most people are out this Sunday due to festive season. So we will see you on 11th. Plan is to do an unplugged session (will get loads of candles to help the cause). Only acoustic guitars and may be a keyboard. This will also help us save the invaluable electricity :-)

I am really excited for this meet as it will happen after a long time. Hope to see you there.

TO NEW MEMBERS:

How many people to expect?

It varies a lot... but this time may be around 10-15. People of all age group attend.

If you are guitarist or any other musician or a vocalist then you may join for following reasons:

1) R u interested in jamming with other people?
2) Do u want to sell some music equipment?
3) Do u want to teach music?
4) Do u want to discuss career opportunities in music?
5) Do u want to meet like minded people?

If not then you may still come for any of the following reasons:

1) If you want to listen to some guitarists playing and singing
2) If you are looking forward to buying a 2nd hand instrument
3) If you need help from a musician in buying an instrument
4) If you want to learn some music instrument
5) If you want to meet people with similar interests

Please only genuine people should attend... If you can't appreciate good western guitar oriented music (classical, rock, rock n roll, blues, jazz etc.) then please do not attend (sorry for being so rude) ...

Also each member who turns up for the meet for the first time has to contribute 100 Rs. for the meet (to cover up the cost, as you know that the registration on meetup is not cheap at all)... For any subsequent meets you will contribute much lesser... Mind you it is not to make profit.... Our aim is to make it cheap for old members to attend meet. Just an incentive to attend them regularly :-)
